| Not much is known about the Division. Only that they continued experimenting on those with powers once the war ended.
They are a group of power users as well who use their powers to kidnap those who aren't apart of the Division. By those that are not of the Division, the Division is seen as the bad guys. Thinking they'd do what was necessary to get what they want, and it's true.
Each country has their own Division, but they have the same goal. | |
